Roll brush for installation on the conveyor return side

Continuously clean the belt surface on the return side without stopping the conveyor line.

On the conveyor line, dust and product debris may adhere to the surface of the conveyor belt during product transport. Stopping the line to clean off the dirt can lead to decreased production efficiency and increased workload. At Kyoshin Giken, we offer custom manufacturing of roll brushes that can be installed on the return side of the conveyor. The return side refers to the side where the belt returns after completing the transport; by installing the roll brush in this position, the belt surface can be cleaned without coming into contact with the products. By rotating the roll brush in accordance with the movement of the belt, we can remove any adhered substances from the belt surface simultaneously with the transport, thereby contributing to a reduction in the burden of cleaning tasks caused by line stoppages. Custom adjustments can be made based on the width of the conveyor, installation space, and type of adhered substances, including modifications to the bristle material, outer diameter, and brush density.
